Free shipping within Canada and to the US for orders over $199.99.

• $9.99 for orders under $199.99
• Shipping in Canada, 4 - 5 business days to most locations
• Shipping in US, 5-10 business days to most locations

Unfortunately, we no longer offer shipping to countries other than Canada and United States due to rising shipping costs.

Every order will be sent from our location in Ottawa and will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date. 

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a parcel card will be left in your letterbox detailing the steps for arranging delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If your package is delivered by the courier with proof of delivery and you did not receive your package, then you must file a complaint with your local courier.
